Case Study: I Am Second
Objective
I Am Second is a multimillion-dollar media campaign intended to promote God as the source of a shared, purposeful life. The initiative features a Web site – iamsecond.com – with provocative testimonial videos by celebrities like movie star Stephen Baldwin, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Greg Ellis and former NASCAR champion Darrell Waltrip. The intent is to share testimonies of how people have placed themselves second to God in their lives. E3 Partners, the handlers of the campaign wanted a Facebook application that will help spread the word on their campaign.
Solution
When E3 partners approached us for a Facebook application, they had no idea what they should expect. We had teleconference calls with their creative group and suggested ideas to include in the application. Since they already had a website, we tailored our design towards the presentation on their site. We created an application that will enable users add testimonial videos and share those videos with friends. Users can also suggest which celebrity they would like to see a video from. The application comes with a backend admin panel that enables the admin to see the suggestions and sort them according to popularity. Application is set for launch in June, 2009
