
The online payment mega company was planning to launch a new product targeted towards teens and parents. After shopping around for an agency they could trust because of the sensitivity of their payment platform, they came to Social Cubix. Social Cubix implemented Facebook Connect to the site, allowing users to share the product with their friends, recommend to parents, and invite friends to use the product, all in a tracked environment.
PayPal wanted a customized sharing plane different from what the Facebook API offered. Social cubix programmed the sharing interface by allowing users to sift through their friends list intelligently and share more PayPal items. The package included plug and play codes that PayPal could use on their other sites without the need of a professional Facebook application developer. With the success of the development effort, PayPal asked Social Cubix to develop their Facebook application to send money among friends.
