Social Analytics Tool
What’s the benefit of a social media campaign if you can not track it’s performance? Social Cubix provides you with a custom developed solution to track the performance of your campaign at very deep monitoring levels that help you understand trends and react to those trends in real time. With the analytics tool, you are not left in the dark about your application but rather have a full grasp of how platform users are reacting to invitations to use the application as well as the excitement level of existing application users in recommending the social experience with friends. The Viral analytics tool is indeed a must have for any social media campaign if spread and adoption rates are needed to evaluate success
What can be tracked using our tool?
Unlike most out of the box solutions, our analytics tool comes with standard offerings with options to customize the tracking parameters based on the specific trends that are most pertinent to the campaign. The following are the standard tracking options:
Invite Rate
The invite rate gives a very precise view of how many users are extending voluntary invitations to their friend circles in a bid to encourage other friends to share in the social experience your application has to offer. This can be particularly important to gauge reception and the excitement your application is creating. Low invite rates mean that users either prefer to use the application by themselves, in which case the application viral hooks may need work or they do not find it engaging enough to share with friends. Invite rates are updated in real time and can be sorted by periods for daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime values.
Invitation Conversion Rate
Invitation conversion rates give a precise picture of how many invited users eventually accept the invitation to use your application and thus how many ignored the invitation. With this information, you can adjust your campaign invitation message to something more attractive for higher conversion rate.
Join Rate
Join rates give a count of the total number of people joining your application for the first time. This includes users from the Facebook search box, users who were referred to use the application by friends and users from ads and external sites. Like the Invite Rate, you can select the time-span for collecting the join rates presented on new users per day/week/month/lifetime basis.
Clicks/Day
This feature allows you to see how many clicks your application’s landing page after a user has joined the application and is returning to use it. With this value, you know how busy your application is per day and watch it trend up or down. If the number goes down, then it may mean there is no exciting content for the user to return to after joining the application.
Viral Coefficient
Co-efficient known as ‘The K-factor’ determines the measure of how “viral” your product is by measuring how many additional users you acquire from each original user. One of the single most important performance indicators on your campaign, it compares the number of invitations sent/accepted and number of users joining every day using proprietary algorithm and spits out a single value that represents the growth rate of the application.
