Challenge:

Enter Cydo, a world where bandits try to protect stolen money and you, a hero will have to recover all the money across the different states in the United States. Very similar to the iconic Pacman application, the user has to avoid the bandits while maneuvering the maze to gather all the coins on the screen as quickly as possible. Social Cubix is to use the tactile technology interface for the iPad to make the movement fluid and the game itself fun. We went to work.

Solution:

Social Cubix worked up a storyboard and game characters as we developed the touch based game in house. We chose the initial states for the bandits and came up with attractive interfaces for each state and created a level system so users can advance to different stages after successfully completing levels with quicker, menacing bandits. We also developed some game tricks into the application that the user can better avoid the bandits to claim their coins quicker and move on to the next level.

Results:

The finished game is a highly addictive game that is sure to make you wanting more. It has just been released on the AppStore to rave reviews and thousands of downloads in the first 2 weeks.
