The application has been huge success with over 450,000 cards sent through the application and growing.

Daysprings, a Hallmark Cards company is an established Christian gifting with a very loyal fan base online. The company wanted to extend their already successful presence to Facebook and build a new community there with their inspirational cards. The challenge however, was that day wanted to use their existing flash cards from their website but Facebook’s in feed flash renderings lack the simplicity that will allow users to consume the card contents easily.

Social Cubix developed an easy to use application that enables users to out send the inspirational cards in as few steps as possible with the added feature of external access to the animations. We were able to develop a steam applet as part of the deliverables to enable users play the card animations on their walls and within the stream feeds. The application provides users with birthday reminders and allows for card deliveries to be scheduled per the user’s convenience. Each user is also able to view a history of cards they sent and received and resend them to others on their friends list. We also created a card tracking mechanism that would allow Daysprings see how each card traveled and frequency of use.

The ease of use of the application as well as it’s robustness has allowed Social Cubix to maintain the application for almost a year now and attracted service interests by DreamWorks and Gaylord Hotels for similar flow and layouts.

Social Cubix has delivered fast, high quality builds for us for almost a year now. I continue to be amazed by the excellent work that has come out of their shop – the attention to detail, and especially the quick turnaround is just stellar.Jeff Kemp, Senior Project Manager
