Part Simple, a company that sells a variety of parts asked Social Cubix to develop an application through which their customers could upload photographs of parts they have purchased from the company and share their purchasing experience. This application was intended as a feedback channel so that users can talk about their products, ease of receipt and customer service.
We designed and developed exactly what Part Simple was looking for. Users who allow access to the app can upload pictures of the parts they have purchased from the company, and highlight their user experience. This serves as invaluable testimony to the high quality that Part Simple believes in. Moreover, when users underscore their positive experiences, more users are encouraged to use the application, which may translate to the user trying out the services of the company. These new users in turn share what they see and because of this the application becomes more and more popular, thereby benefitting part Simple.
It was not long before a long list of users joined the Part Simple app and expressed their views while sharing their pictures and experience with everyone. Part Simple has since relied on the application as a source on evaluation of their customer service.
